Brookwood Court is a residential development scheme comprising 90 units located in the established neighbourhood of Killester, Dublin 5.
Killester is one of north Dublin’s most desirable residential neighbourhoods with a host of amenities including local national and secondary schools, St. Anne’s Park and a wide array of public transport links. Killester is close to several employment centres including East Point Business Park and Dublin’s CBD.
The development, which is currently under construction and due for completion in 2022, includes the conversion of an impressive red brick convent building and the construction of two new blocks. In total, the scheme will comprise of 86 one, two and three bed apartments and 4 three bed houses.
