To allow us to provide our services and run our business, if a customer / client chooses to register his / her interest in any service (sales or rental of a property) we will require some basic information in order to facilitate the request. The type of information we or our sales /letting agents gather may vary depending on the circumstances of the enquiry but will most likely include:
Should a customer / client pursue any of the services about which he/ she initially enquired we will require additional personal information for legitimate business reasons, verification purposes and to comply with legislation. All personal information collected will be handled in line with the GDPR and Data Protection Acts.
Personal information is only shared with the relevant intercompany departments and with statutory bodies to comply with any legislative requirements. In our role as landlord, developer and property manager we may also be required to share personal information with authorized service contractors in order for completion of a service. We only share your data when there is a clear requirement to do so and always do so in a secure manner.
How we retain Personal Data
MKN have processes in place for the collection, retention and dispensing of personal data. The length of time for which information will be retained will be in accordance with the purpose of the information being processed, the type of information being processed and the legal regulations / requirements pertaining to the information processed.

We endeavor to use industry standard security measures to protect your information and to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of any information in our control. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee that all of your electronic communications with the company and identifiable information will never be disclosed once it leaves our network.
