Situated on the banks of the Tolka River at the entrance to the north docklands, East Wharf is a mixed-use scheme comprising of a 183 bedroom hotel, 105 No. 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments, residential amenity space and a cafe unit in three distinctive blocks ranging in height from 3 to 15 stories. Upon completion the hotel (block A) will be one of the tallest buildings in Dublin and provide a landmark building to mark the entrance to the north docklands at the junction of Alfie Byrne and East Wall roads.
Construction is well underway on site with practical completion scheduled for Q3 2024.
